Supplemental Health Care is hiring a CT Technologist for a contract role at a partnering hospital in Boston, MA. The position offers 40 hours per week with AM shifts and the potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification with CT preferred, plus 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience and strong CT imaging knowledge. This role emphasizes patient safety, quality imaging, and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort with radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
