Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience through an accredited radiologic sciences program.
• 2-4 years of CT Technologist experience in an acute care hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with proper immobilization.
• Administers contrast media and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Explains procedures to patients to reduce fear and anxiety.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team for timely results.
• Maintains CT equipment and performs quality control checks.
• Supports interventional CT procedures such as biopsies or drain placements.
