Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to produce cross‑section images and deliver patient care in a fast‑paced imaging suite. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, administer contrast, review orders, and ensure safety and comfort while capturing diagnostic-quality scans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) in good standing.
• ARRT CT Certification within one year of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Current state licensure prior to employment.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide CT imaging and patient care at defined levels for all ages.
• Check and prepare patients prior to CT study.
• Review chart data/requisitions to determine setup and contraindications.
• Verify study matches diagnostic needs.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment.
