Sign on bonuses are paid out in two payments. You will receive your first payment (half of the total amount) on the pay date after the first 30 days of employment and is subject to applicable taxes. You will receive the second payment (remaining balance) on the pay date occurring after (6) months of employment and is subject to applicable taxes. Full time status at BID Needham is considered for schedules greater than or equal to 30 hours per week; part time status is 20 to 29 hours per week. Bonus is prorated for part-time positions. Please note, per diem employees are not eligible for sign on bonuses. Current and Former BILH candidates - restrictions apply. BID Needham Internal employees or employees within the BILH system are not eligible for the bonus or if you have been employed by a BILH entity within the last 12 months. Our radiologists are members of the medical staff of the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston.
Under the general direction of the Manager, performs a wide variety of specific and specialized duties and procedures to hospital in and outpatients in accordance with orders of physicians. Possesses the knowledge of procedures and policies related to the Radiology department, including specific knowledge of CT. Performs these duties using independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility and quality of work in designated areas of procedures as required. This position requires a high level of technical and informatics knowledge and skill, and the ability to work in close cooperation with members of a team of physicians, nurses and other technical staff. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands and to seek managerial assistance as appropriate. Perform predominantly CT exams and floats to X-ray as needed.

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
