Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth is seeking a full-time CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic CT and X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Operates CT equipment, maintains exam rooms, and adheres to radiation safety standards in a fast-paced surgical hospital.

Qualifications include ARRT CT certification, MRT license, BLS, and AMA‑approved radiologic technologist education.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT R.T.(R)(CT) certificate is required.
• MRT General License is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment in a diagnostic imaging setting.
• Prepare exam room, equipment, supplies and medications as needed.
• Provide excellent patient care and follow radiation safety protocols.
• Perform QC checks and maintain QC logs and service records.
• Document imaging procedures accurately and adhere to exam protocols.
• Take emergency call as assigned and coordinate with Radiology leadership.
