Job summary

Gifford is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team in Randolph, Vermont. The role involves operating CT and X-ray equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, with a focus on CT, and a valid Vermont license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology with ARRT certified and licensing with the State of Vermont required.
• Registered or Registry eligible in CT.
• 1yr experience in diagnostic imaging desired but will consider new graduates with strong skills.

Gifford is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position requires advanced knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, with specialized expertise in CT.

The CT Technologist will operate CT and X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols, ensuring proper patient positioning, exposure techniques, and radiation safety practices. They will assist Radiologists in performing procedures while maintaining high-quality imaging results and accurate documentation in the PACS system. Additionally, this individual will serve as a resource for providers and support staff, offering expertise in imaging techniques and protocols.

A strong technical background is essential, as the technologist will troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues to ensure optimal functionality. Compliance with all hospital and department policies, as well as completion of required competencies related to CT and X-ray, is expected.

Requirements
