Job summary

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT examinations per physician orders using advanced CT equipment. The role requires adherence to imaging protocols and patient-centered care to deliver high-quality images.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available for day and evening shifts with a sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates. The department offers comprehensive benefits and potential for additional compensation such as shift differentials

Qualifications

• Education and certifications as required by state licensing and professional standards.
• BLS—American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License from the Oregon State Board upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification upon hire or equivalent.
• ARRT CT certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physicians’ orders.
• Assess patient needs and adapt imaging factors for optimal results.
• Apply imaging technique and patient care decisions to produce quality images.

Job description

CT Technologist – Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center

CT Technologist performs CT examinations according to physicians’ orders using advanced CT equipment. The technologist assesses and meets patient special or age‑related needs, applies imaging factors, technique, and patient treatment decisions to produce optimal images.

Eligibility and Work Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions available for day and evening shifts. Salaried positions: Full‑time $6,000/month, Part‑time $4,000/month. Sign‑on bonus offered for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License from the Oregon State Board upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire, or
• National Registered Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire, or
• National Computed Tomography Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire.

Benefits and Compensation

Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonus opportunities. Base pay ranges from $44.12 to $68.50 per hour.
