We Are Hiring

• Sign on Bonus: Up to $6,000!
• Department: Computed Tomography
• Schedule: Full-time, days (3x12's)
• Hospital: Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee
• Location: 2301 N Lake Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53211

What You Will Do

Perform computed tomography procedures for diagnosing diseases and injuries according to radiologist-established protocols.

• Prepare and position patients, selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
• Observe patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, monitor protocols, and suggest updates as needed.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Radiologic Technologist credential from the Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board obtained prior to hire or transfer.
• One or more of the following:
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist credential from NMTCB with CT certification or ARRT(CT) certification.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography from ARRT, with Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialization accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography from ARRT.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or an associate's/technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
