Job summary

BayCare is one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area, operating 16 hospitals and multiple facilities. The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic and invasive CT procedures and support imaging patient care, RIS data management, and related duties in a busy radiology department.

The role requires minimum credentials including BLS, ARRT-R, and Florida Radiology registration, with education preferences in Radiology tech programs.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT-R credential required.
• Radiology - State of Florida license/registration required.
• Technical in Radiology or Associates in Radiology required.

Responsibilities

Summary:
Performs diagnostic and invasive computed tomography (CT) procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
