Qualifications

CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our medical imaging team. This vital role involves operating advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to acquire diagnostic images of patients' internal structures
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Position patients accurately to obtain optimal images, following physician orders and safety protocols
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
• Review images for quality and clarity, and make adjustments as necessary
• Document patient information and imaging procedures accurately in medical records
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) with specialization in CT
• Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and imaging techniques
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
