Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety in a North Dakota facility. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and staff, applying professional judgment and adhering to imaging protocols.

The role includes potential on-call duties, staying current with technology, and supporting diverse patient populations across all ages. ARRT CT certification and BLS are required, with licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved or JCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology training program.
• ARRT certification required at hire; CT certification preferred within two years.
• Licensure through relevant state boards if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and I.V. certification within six weeks of employment.
• Ability to learn new technology and work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Operating CT equipment to produce accurate scans and performing related procedures and protocols.
• Learning and utilizing new technology and orienting new employees.
• Obtaining patient information to enhance personalized care.
• Developing an understanding of patients' physical and emotional status across all age groups.
• Potentially performing additional diagnostic radiology tasks, mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement, and DEXA procedures based on facility needs.
• This role may involve on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet facility needs.
