Qualifications
Completion of an approved School of Radiologic Technology Program Required.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with Computed Tomography (CT) preferred.
Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) Required.
IV Access & Contrast Injection Certified or willing to get certified within 3 months of hire.
Ability to produce high quality image with little supervision.
Ability to function effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Perform computerized tomographic procedures for diagnosis according to protocols.
Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within regulations.
Observe patients and report abnormal activity.
Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Monitor protocols and recommend updates as warranted.
Skills
2 years of experience with Computed Tomography (CT)
IV Access & Contrast Injection Certified
Ability to produce high quality images
