Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a CT Technology Technician on a PRN basis in Jeffersonville, IN. The role involves performing CT scans, collecting patient histories, and ensuring records are complete, with coordination for equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiology Technology Program
• Current ARRT Certificate in General Radiology and/or Radiation Therapy
• Current Indiana Radiation Machine Operators Certificate
• CT Certification or willing to obtain within 12 months from date of hire
• BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA, ARC, or AHSI (training will be provided)
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute computed tomography scans with limited supervision.
• Gather patient histories and information for the patient record.
• Prepare necessary information for the patient record.
• Notify appropriate personnel for equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.

Education

AMA approved Radiology Technology Program

ARRT Certificate in General Radiology and/or Radiation Therapy

Location: 3516 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN. Shift schedule: PRN with varying days and shifts.

With limited supervision, responsibilities include execution of computed tomography scans, gathering patient histories, preparing necessary information for the patient record, and notifying appropriate personnel for equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.
