Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for per diem/variable shifts in Hood River, Oregon. The CT Tech will perform CT examinations per physician orders, operating advanced CT equipment and adjusting imaging parameters to optimize image quality while considering patient-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• BLS Certification (AHA) upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography upon hire or ARRT CT eligibility within 1 year.
• Nuclear Medicine CT eligibility within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT examinations according to physicians' orders.
• Uses CT equipment and imaging factors to produce optimal images.
• Ensures patient age-related needs and safety are considered.

Education

BLS Certification (AHA)

Oregon Imaging License

ARRT Radiography

ARRT CT eligibility within 1 year

Nuclear Medicine / CT tech eligibility within 1 year
