Job summary

Methodist Hospital Stone Oak seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures with precision, maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety across all ages. You will manage scheduling and image tracking in Meditech, uphold sterile and safe CT room standards, and collaborate with radiology staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires independence, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety policies, with responsibilities spanning from image capture to documentation and cross-training

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to perform CT procedures with proper positioning and technique.
• Follows safety policies and uses appropriate safety equipment at all times.
• Must be able to care for patients across all age groups: neonate to geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in all areas of computerized tomography (CT) and related equipment.
• Manages Radiology Imaging System tasks in Meditech including scheduling, tracking, and charges.
• Maintains CT room cleanliness and stock, and follows disinfection procedures.
• Works independently and as part of a team, communicating with supervisors and colleagues.
