Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT R.T. (R) registration required.
• CT Certification and AZ CTCT license required.
• At least 1 year of CT imaging experience required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic imaging procedures/exams for diagnosis.
• Prepares and positions patients and equipment safely.
• Performs diagnostic CT examinations accurately and timely.
• Assists in administration of contrast media per policy.
• Obtains high quality CT images and uses software protocols.
• Ensures quality assurance measures are met.
• Communicates with radiologists regarding findings.
• Ensures orders match diagnosis for proper reimbursement.
• Delivers age- and culturally appropriate care.
