Job summary

Piedmont is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of a radiologist. You will provide compassionate patient care across age groups, ensuring safe and accurate image acquisition with advanced cardiac/vascular imaging capabilities.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, calibration, and teamwork with the radiology staff. The ideal candidate holds an AMA-approved radiologic technology program and at least 1 year of CT experience, with ARRT CT

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• At least 1 year of CT experience.
• ARRT – Registered Radiologic Technologists (CT) upon hire.
• ARRT – CT Advanced Certification upon hire.
• BCLS – Basic Life Support upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under the direct guidance of a supervising radiologist and according to all applicable standards.
• Provide care to patients of all ages, ensuring safety, comfort, and accurate image acquisition.
• Maintain knowledge of advanced imaging protocols (cardiac and vascular) and apply advanced techniques to meet patient needs.
• Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
