Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO seeks a CT Technologist to independently perform radiology and CT procedures under physician guidance. You will follow established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort while producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.

Required ARRT-accredited education with CT experience or CT training; associates degree preferred, and strong computer, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Associates Degree in Radiology preferred.
• CT Training Program or 1 year CT experience required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology technical information.
• Proficient in using computers and systems.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently, or under physician supervision, performs radiology/CT procedures per established standards.
• Uses anatomical positioning and physiology to obtain optimum images.
• Prioritizes patient welfare, confidentiality and comfort while following policies.
