Job summary

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is seeking a full-time CT Tech Assistant for our Neptune, NJ Imaging Office. The role supports CT techs, manages patient flow, and coordinates patient preparation and film/report handling in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The position runs 8:30am–5:00pm with a sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Previous medical office experience is a plus, as is enrollment in a radiologic tech program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Medical office experience a plus, but not required.
• Enrollment in a formal radiologic tech program is a real plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist mostly CT Techs and with patient flow
• Communicate with patients and prepare them for the exam
• Patient film and report coordination
• Stock supplies
• Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
