Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year experience as CT technologist in a hospital.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Radiologic Technology required.
  • ARRT (R)/(CT) certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and explaining procedures.
  • Conduct and analyze CT scans, ensuring image quality and accuracy.

  • Department: Radiology – Computed Tomography.
  • Scheduled Hours: 0000-0830.
  • Shift: Night.
  • Working Days: M-F, alternating weekends and holidays.
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033.
  • Salary Range: $50-$63.
  • Status: Ongoing Full Time Assignment.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanning equipment, ensuring high‑quality imaging and patient safety. Key duties include preparing and positioning patients, conducting and analyzing scans, and adhering to radiation safety protocols. The CT Tech will also be responsible for equipment calibration, quality assurance, and compliance with California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) regulations. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential, along with maintaining active licensure and ongoing training.

  • Ensure inquality assurance, equipment calibration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Educate patients and provide post‑scan instructions.
  • Maintain compliance with CA DPH regulations and keep licensure and training standards current.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year experience as a CT technologist in a hospital.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (R)(CT).
  • California Dept. of Public Health (CRT).
  • California Dept. of Public Health Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • Venipuncture Certificate.
  • Proof of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) if applicable.
  • Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
  • Proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers.
  • Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X‑ray within the past 12 Months.
  • Current Annual Health Clearance.
  • Flexible schedule due to shift need.
