West Boca Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scan examinations and provide direct patient care across geriatric to neonatal populations. The role includes participating in daily CT procedures and on-call shifts.

The position offers a per diem schedule with rotating shifts, opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology, and to join a dedicated team within the Palm Beach Health Network.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (CT) Registry is required.
• Florida DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scan examinations with accuracy and safety.
• Provide direct patient care across age groups (geriatric to neonatal).
• Participate in daily CT procedures and on-call duties.

Job Summary

Job Type: Per Diem

The CT Tech performs diagnostic CT Scan examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician. Direct patient responsibility for geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patient care until the patient is returned to his/her room or until outpatient is discharged. Participates in the daily routine of CT Scan procedures and including “On-Call”.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology.

Experience

Thorough knowledge of CT scan in all forms; terminology, practice, procedure, physiology and human anatomy.
