Job summary

CT Assist is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a locums assignment in California. The role covers OR duties including EVH, CVOR, CABG, and clinic support, with a 12-hour day schedule and potential call. ASAP start for 4–6 months.

Candidates must have 3+ years of CT surgery / CVICU experience and be certified. Epic is used for EMR; excellent compensation and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cardiothoracic / cardiovascular surgery or CVICU.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CT surgery cases in OR as PA/NP.
• Support EVH, CVOR, CABG and related procedures.
• Provide perioperative and clinic support as needed.
