AOIA in Central Nebraska is seeking a Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon to join a stable multi-specialty group. You will practice alongside a CT Surgeon and experienced APPs in a cardiac-heavy setting.

The position emphasizes mostly cardiac cases with potential thoracic work, a high annual case load, and minimal weekend/night call. Compensation includes a base salary of $850,000, a $125,000 sign-on, full benefits, PTO, CME, and up to $200,000 in student loan repayment.

• Current Surgeon does an average of 130-150 cases per year, PA's first assist in OR and round in hospital

A thriving and stable multi-specialty group of 6 Cardiologists, 1 CT Surgeon, and 8 APPs are seeking another CT Surgeon to join their team and work in a practice that is cardiac-heavy.

This growing Central Nebraska community is very safe, affordable, and has a catchment area of over 300K.

The Position

• Practice alongside 1 experienced CT Surgeon and 2 strongly-trained APPs
