Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a CT Supervisor to lead the CT team, ensure high-quality imaging, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate patient throughput, uphold quality and regulatory standards, and support advanced imaging services including Cardiac CT. The role is on-site, day shift, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• New York State Radiological Technologist License.
• ARRT CT certification.
• At least 5 years progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate members of the CT team to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain daily CT operations with appropriate staff supervision, patient throughput, quality and regulatory compliance, equipment oversight, and support of advanced imaging services (including Cardiac CT).
• Utilize clinical expertise and supervisory experience to enhance the patient experience.

Description

Boldly Redefining Imaging: Radiology Leaders Make It Possible

As the Supervisor, you will direct and evaluate members of the CT team to ensure high-quality results. This role is essential for maintaining daily CT operations, ensuring appropriate staff supervision, patient throughput, quality and regulatory compliance, equipment oversight, and support of advanced imaging services, including Cardiac CT.

This opportunity will allow you to utilize your clinical expertise and supervisory experience to enhance the patient experience.

The shift for this position is 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday with rotational holidays and opportunity for weekend shifts.

Preferred Criteria

• Previous experience working as a CT Tech in a hospital setting
• Previous supervisory experience

Required Criteria

• Graduate AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• New York State Radiological Technologist License
• At least 5 years progressive experience
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with CT certification
