Job summary

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT and CT-guided procedures under physician supervision. You will educate patients and families, operate imaging equipment safely, and keep accurate documentation.

The role supports a busy radiology department with a focus on quality care, safety, and patient education. ARRT or CNMT certification is required or pursued within two years of hire.

Qualifications

Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two years of hire.
ARRT or CNMT required.
CT registry obtained within two years of hire.
No CT experience required; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Performs Computed Tomography (CT) and CT guided interventional procedures under physician direction.
Provides patient and family education and reassurance.
Operates imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Completes department documentation accurately.
Maintains equipment and ensures adequate supply inventory.
