Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Per Diem CAT Scan Technologist to perform a range of CT procedures, verify patient history, and prepare patients for imaging.

You will contribute to a positive patient experience while applying professional judgment and maintaining high standards of care. The role requires ARRT (R) certification, BLS, and successful completion of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent CAT Scan experience.
• Recent CT experience preferred.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Advanced ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• IV certification preferred or must be achieved by end of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT procedures and exercise professional judgment.
• Verify patient clinical history and prepare the patient for the procedure.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience.
• Work independently in provision of services.

Shift:

16hrs/month: varied shift

Experience:

• 1. Minimum one year recent Cat Scan experience preferred
• 2. Recent-related CT experience preferred.

Education:

Graduate of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) required
• 2. Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT (CT) preferred
• 3. IV certification preferred or certification must be achieved by end of training/onboarding process for continued employment.
• 4. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
