Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to operate advanced CT imaging equipment, helping diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will work day shifts on a full-time schedule, with opportunities for growth and relocation assistance. The role requires ARRT CT certification preferred, Montana license, and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Montana license required.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
• Current CT certification by ARRT preferred or obtained within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate CT examinations, ensuring techniques align with ACR standards and ALARA principles.
• Manage patient history and ensure proper preparation for exams.
• Administer venipuncture techniques and maintain I-stat competencies.
• Communicate with patients, ensuring they understand the procedure and post-exam instructions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper stock management in the department.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns as per department protocols.
