Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Willow Park in Willow Park, TX, is seeking a CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist for dayshift (7A-7P). You will perform CT and X-ray imaging with minimal supervision, while ensuring patient care and safety.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining records, and assisting physicians and nursing staff. REQUIREMENTS: ARRT certification in radiography, CT certification preferred, BLS, and 2+ years radiology experience. EOE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred.
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing.
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT in radiography required.
• ARRT CT certification preferred, with CT certification within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification through the AHA, required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
• 1+ years CT experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of ER experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Provide supportive patient care and assist physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Travel to facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
