Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Pikes Peak region. The role involves performing CT imaging, administering contrast, and ensuring patient safety during weekend night shifts in an onsite setting.

Applicants should be RT registered or registry-eligible in CT with ARRT and hold BLS certification; state licensure if required. Two years' experience is preferred but not required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registry eligible with completion of registry in CT within 12 months (ARRT CT).
• State licensure if required by law and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images based on physician orders.
• Safely administers contrast media and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and ensures image clarity per best practices.
• Performs 3-D post processing as needed and reports results.

ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification
