Job summary

Dilkon Medical Center | Winslow Indian Health Care is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist to independently operate CT and X-ray equipment, perform high-quality imaging, and communicate findings to the physician for diagnosis.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, safety monitoring, and accurate documentation of imaging and clinical history. ARRT certification and CPR are required, with Navajo language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Clinical experience performing CT scanning is documented.
• Must be registered with ARRT in Radiologic Technology and Computerized Tomography.
• Three years relevant CT experience required and CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills in English and Navajo language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and X-ray exams/procedures with independent judgment to obtain diagnostic information.
• Explain procedures and prepare patient for exam, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and maintain quality control of imaging.
• Observe and assess patient status during procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain patient records and document clinical history and findings for physician review.
