Saint Joseph Health System in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for CT and Nuclear Medicine to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care. You will oversee staffing, performance management, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to drive growth.

The role requires ARRT RT(R)(CT) and RT(N) or NMTCB CNMT, BLS, and prior supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; on-site day shifts with supportive team

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Ultrasound, or related healthcare imaging program.
• Additional leadership, management, or healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Current ARRT RT(R)(CT) or ARRT RT(N) or NMTCB CNMT license and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of CT and Nuclear Medicine to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor department productivity, quality metrics, workflow, and financial performance.
• Manage resources, budgeting, equipment needs, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to drive service growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees.
