Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of CT & Nuclear Medicine to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and drive quality and patient safety across imaging services.

You will oversee staffing, performance, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to advance imaging excellence and service growth in a high‑volume, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Ultrasound, or related imaging program.
• Leadership or healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Experience in CT, Nuclear Medicine, or advanced imaging services.
• Knowledge of quality management, staffing, and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of CT and Nuclear Medicine to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, workflow, and financial performance.
• Manage resources, budgeting, equipment needs, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and leadership to drive growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
