Job summary

Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital (EBCH) is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic, CT, and DEXA exams following department protocols. You will work under the Radiology Team Leader and Radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, educate, and prep patients using EMR per protocol.
• Verify patient identity and the exam being performed.
• Explain procedures to reduce anxiety and perform safety time-outs.
• Perform all exams with proper prep, shielding, and ALARA principles.
• Document orders, IVs, and exams in EMR.
• Verify image quality and labeling before sending to PACS.
