Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Resource Coordinator for CT and MRI to staff the Diagnostic Imaging department at the Grayslake Outpatient Center and Freestanding ER. The role supports patient flow, staffing, and equipment needs across CT, MRI, and X-ray, with 40 hours per week in a full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates have CT experience and ARRT registry in CT or MRI. Qualifications include 2–3 years of undergrad education, ARRT/IEMA/BLS certifications, and 3–5 years’ related work experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of undergraduate education or equivalent.
• ARRT, IEMA, and BLS certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with scheduling staff for adequate coverage and maintains attendance records.
• Monitors staff orientation and provides training; evaluates performance with manager.
• Manages patient flow through the CT, MRI and X-ray departments and coordinates equipment maintenance.
• Ensures department staffing meets guidelines and monitors costs and supplies.
