Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED. ARRT Radiography certification/registration required, CT certification within 1 year of hire. FL DOH license qualification options acceptable (Radiographer, Radiologist Assistant, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Radiation Therapy Technologist).
• BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Experience: less than 1 year in CT, x-ray, nuclear medicine, or radiation therapy, or graduate of a post-secondary CT program.

Responsibilities

• Performs computerized imaging and operates related equipment.
• Assists patients and physicians as needed, providing physical and psychological support as appropriate.
