Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the imaging team in Union City, TN. You will perform CT procedures per radiology standards, selecting appropriate technique and positioning to aid diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements include ARRT Radiography certification, BLS within 30 days of hire, and state licensure as required. CT registry (ARRT-CT) preferred. A minimum of 6 months CT experience and basic computer literacy are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles/theory and uses the most appropriate technique and positioning for CT procedures.
• Develops and implements CT procedure/treatment plans.
• Ensures documentation complies with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintains CT equipment and exam rooms in safe, clean condition.
• Participates in department performance improvement activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Completes assigned goals for radiology outcomes.
• Keeps accurate records of procedures performed.
