The individual will work under the department manager and with radiologists, ensuring professional patient interactions and collaboration with colleagues to meet care goals.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Post High School Special Training completed.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• State of Florida Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer license required (CT qualifications preferred).
• ARRT(R) certification required; ARRT(CT) preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient needs in a professional manner.
• Support colleagues in providing quality patient care.
• Perform CT services with emphasis on minimizing radiation exposure to patient and staff.
