Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled imaging technologist to perform computerized imaging procedures, monitor equipment, and assist patients and physicians as needed.

Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting CT, x-ray, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy devices, providing patient support, and ensuring safe, proper use and maintenance of imaging technology. A strong foundation in radiologic technology and ongoing certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting skills.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Licensure/certification in radiologic technology, nuclear medicine, or radiation therapy, including ARRT or NMTCB registration.
• Within one year of hire, obtain additional certifications such as ARRT (CT) if not already certified.
• Less than one year of experience in computerized imaging or recent CT program graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment such as CT, x-ray, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy devices.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, accommodating screening and limitations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of imaging technology.
