Job summary

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist at CHRISTUS Health will perform a wide range of routine and advanced imaging procedures, supporting imaging staff and ensuring smooth patient flow. The role includes troubleshooting, QA participation, and maintaining image quality and PACS processing across shifts and campuses as needed.

They will work with radiologists and physicians to optimize exams while upholding CHRISTUS Health core values, safety, and ongoing education within licensure scope.

Qualifications

• 1 year CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and performs routine and advanced imaging procedures.
• Supports other imaging technologists and facilitates patient flow.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment issues and participates in QA.
• Adheres to imaging competencies, policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborates with radiologists and physicians to optimize exams.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and professional behavior.
