Job summary

The Indian Health Service is seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist (CT) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will perform essential imaging services, including CT examinations and diagnostic radiology procedures, while supporting trauma care and delivering quality patient care to American Indian communities.

Applicants should have completed an accredited radiologic technology program and possess the necessary certifications. The position may require rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the community.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Eligible to work with Indian children according to Public Law 101-630.
• Experience in performing CT examinations and patient preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations using advanced imaging protocols.
• Administer and monitor contrast materials during procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and maintain accurate imaging documentation.
