Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete a 2-year accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Must hold AART CT Certification.
• Must hold California radiology and fluoroscopy license.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete diagnostic CT procedures.
• Explain procedures and obtain consent forms.
• Follow protocols to prevent misadministration of contrast.
• Follow radiation safety protocols.
• Provide patient care aligned with age group.
• Maintain CT room and equipment.
• Document appropriately.
• Communicate with staff and radiologists.
