Job summary

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures within the scope of state licensure and without direct supervision. You will evaluate patients, select proper technical factors, and acquire diagnostic images for radiologists.

Qualified candidates hold ARRT RT(R) and CT credentials, an Oregon radiologic license, and BLS. Hospital experience is preferred, with strong teamwork in a fast-paced imaging department.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT RT(R) credential required; registry eligible within 6 months of hire.
• Current ARRT CT credential within one year of hire.
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology; temporary license upon hire and permanent within 6 months.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality CT procedures within licensure scope at technical and professional level.
• Evaluates patients and uses proper technical factors for diagnostic image production.
• Operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
