Job summary

MyMichigan Medical Group is seeking a CT Technologist to assist radiologists with CT and radiographic imaging, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. The role emphasizes following protocols, administering contrast, and maintaining accurate patient data within RIS/PACS/HIS systems.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience and ARRT CT certification with CT registration within 36 months.

Qualifications

• Experience-based competencies in patient care and imaging
• Proven ability to follow radiology protocols and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Performs CT studies following protocol and tailors exams per patient history and radiologist instruction
• Administers IV and oral contrast per protocols and monitors patient condition
• Provides radiation protection using shielding and proper collimation
• Performs nursing duties as needed and assists radiologist in sterile procedures
