Formación

• US citizenship required.
• Radiology certification under Public Law 97-35 with accredited education.
• Specialized experience: 1 year performing radiological examinations including CT and x-ray.
• Education: 1.5 years of graduate study in Diagnostic Radiology/Radiography.
• Combination of education and experience may be used if total percentage is at least 100%.

Responsabilidades

• Perform computerized axial tomographic scanning (CT) and x-ray.
• Receive patients, explain procedures, position patients, and take exposures as requested.
• Prepare scanning room with sterile supplies, contrast materials, catheters and equipment.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast material and limited anesthetics under radiologist direction.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees, civilian and military.
