Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a CT Technologist in Lewiston, Maine to join the CT Scan department. Nights shifts are available for a 12-week assignment, offering exposure to high-quality CT imaging procedures and collaboration with radiology staff.

Candidates must have ARRT CT certification, state license, one year acute radiology experience, and BLS. The role entails producing CT images, supporting the Radiologist, and transmitting images to PACS.

Qualifications

• One year of acute clinical radiology experience required.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
• CT ARRT Certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality CT images within a multidisciplinary team.
• Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Performs CT imaging procedures according to standards and protocols.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
