Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy. You will ensure patient safety, accurate image acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

You will assess patients before and after procedures, post-process images, and transfer them via PACS for physician interpretation. ARRT-registered technologist with state licensure and BLS is required; CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• RT license in state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Fluoroscopy license (where required) required
• Advanced CT Certification (ARRT-CT) preferred
• Venipuncture certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs CT examinations and other diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders and protocols
• Performs general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
• Assesses and monitors patients to ensure safety and comfort during procedures
• Produces high-quality images and performs post-processing/reconstruction as applicable
• Transfers images via PACS and other imaging systems for interpretation
• Maintains accurate patient records, documentation and billing information
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Performs routine equipment maintenance, QA checks, and inventory management
• Adheres to radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Performs other duties as assigned
