Havenly is actively building a Connecticut-based bench of Interior Designers to serve clients with in-person and virtual design services. Freelance contractor role with commission-based pay and project-based design fees, plus performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Interior Design, has 3+ years of experience, and can create mood boards, concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings using Photoshop or Canva.

Qualifications

• A degree in Interior Design is preferred.
• 3+ years of interior design experience with in-person or virtual clients.
• Strong client communication and professional presence.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new design tools quickly.
• Proficient in Photoshop or Canva for concept boards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CT-based clients via virtual and in-person meetings to capture design preferences, budget, and timeline.
• Lead the design process: mood board, concept, floor plan, and 3D renderings.
• Source furniture and decor from Havenly's platform to fit client budgets.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
