Job summary

ProHealth Care is seeking a CT/Diagnostic Radiologic Tech to perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans across patient ages, using Power Injectors, PACS, and CT equipment per established standards. You will maintain a patient-focused approach, emphasizing safety and service excellence in every exam.

The role requires licensure as a Wisconsin radiographer, ARRT CT certification within the agreed timeframe, and commitment to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiological Technology.
• Maintain current Radiographer license issued by the State of Wisconsin; CT registry/boards within 2 years if not already.
• Maintains ARRT continuing education requirements and CT certification.
• Up-to-date BLS CPR certification and RT registration with CT certification by ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality diagnostic CT scans for patients of all ages.
• Operate radiographic equipment and CT systems per established procedures; ensure safety and patient experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and provide service-focused patient care.

Job description

What You Will Do:

The CT/Diagnostic Radiologic Tech produceshigh quality, diagnostic CT scans on patients of all ages demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and operating CT systems such as Power Injectors, PACS and other computer software according to established procedures.Operates radiographic equipment for diagnostic purposes as directed; perform diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.Shall provide a patient experience focused on service excellence and safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiological Technology
• Maintain current Radiographer license issued by the State of Wisconsin, provide proof of current registry in CT if applicable. If no prior CT experience exists CT registry/ boards will be acquired within two years of hire Candidates with prior CT experience who have not obtained their boards will obtain CT boards within one year of hire
• Maintains all necessary continuing education requirements for the ARRT
• Maintains certification inBLS CPRCertification, and Registered Technologist (RT) registration with CT certification issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Sound understanding of anatomical anatomy and physiology
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Meets all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire
• Displays a positive attitude about themselves, work and staff
