Qualifications

• CT CNA Registration or certification required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing is a plus.
• Current vaccination per facility policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and resident care in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with ambulation and transfers to ensure safety.
• Promote a culture of safety and healthy environment.
