Job summary

EY seeks a senior communications leader to shape and guide strategic communications for Client Technology and Growth & Innovation initiatives. You will advise executives, lead high-profile programs, and steer communications around transformation, risk and security topics within a global, matrixed organization.

You will craft narratives, manage stakeholders across geographies, and leverage AI-enabled approaches to extend reach and impact in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Senior communications leader with experience advising senior leaders in global orgs.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide comms and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, transformation and risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications, engagement and marketing strategies for CT and G&I initiatives.
• Advise CT and G&I leadership on executive comms and change efforts.
• Develop messaging and narrative frameworks aligned to CT and EY priorities.
• Drive issues, incident and special-project comms with timely stakeholder engagement.
• Define success metrics and use data to optimize programs.
• Influence leaders and technologists to understand priorities and actions.
